We will give you all the training and support you need to work as a Care Support Worker starting with First Aid, Moving & Handling and completing the Care Certificate, then moving on to ongoing Mandatory Training.
You will be supported by the Organisation to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support, but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities including Arts & Crafts, Drama, Music, Gardening, Shopping Trips and Special Occasions.
