Children’s Activity Centres in North and South Kirklees
Working with Kirklees Council Children with a Disability Service, from May 2021 we are running two weekly activity centres for children and young people aged from 6 to 17 years at Oxfield Court in Huddersfield and Sensory World in Dewsbury.
The fun activities take place weekly and will focus on independence and wellbeing and can support children and young people attending with a range of additional needs, including personal care, behaviours that challenge, communication and sensory needs.
If you would like your child or young person to be considered for the Children’s Activity Centres, please contact your social worker or early help and support in the Children with a Disability Team.
