If you’re passionate about caring for others, we want to hear from you.
As a Care Support Worker, you will be working in the Community supporting unpaid Carers who support their own family members.
You will be slotting into the Carers shoes to do whatever needs to be done to support the cared for person.
This can include anything from support within the home, personal care, meal support and preparation or accessing the community to attend support groups, appointments, support with shopping or accessing sports.
Our Care Support Workers support our clients with just about anything!

I started at Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire in 2011 as a care support worker. I learnt first hand the importance and value of the service we provide. I moved through the organisation to where I am today and love my job. I am very passionate about the service we deliver to unpaid carers and understand the importance of our service. I have worked up through the organisation doing a variety of roles and this has given me an understanding and knowledge of almost every aspect of the care we deliver.
The organisation has encouraged and enabled me to progress to where I am today giving me training support and guidance.
